Technical equipment: kitchen equipped with refrigerators, electric stoves, deep-fat fryer and the latest version of Rational steam oven, dishwasher with dishwasher equipment, food storage, equipped laundry, drying and ironing room, boiler room: 2 automatic boilers for coal or pellet - with power up to 116 kW / h each, 1 ordinary boiler of solid fuel - 80-100 kW / h. 4 boilers 500 liters each, pressurized water tanks for emergency use, 3 attic rooms for staff accommodation or storage.

The restaurant has its own street entrance next to the main hotel entrance. Waiters can easily get out to the yard from the kitchen when the tables are outside during summer. Also, the glass doors of the pool may be opened outside to the courtyard, which makes possible the sunbathing outdoors for the hotel guests.

In order to save electricity solar panels can be used in summer to heat water. In winter, water is heated by the boilers. Also there is a possibility of heating water with electricity.

The hotel rooms were repaired. Fireproof carpet made of polyamide both in the rooms and in the corridor. PVC flooring in the corridor (waterproof), wireless Internet is available on all floors; there are 2 routers per floor. Each room is equipped with a smoke detector; the hotel has a fire alarm.

The restaurant and the lobby are equipped with real fireplaces for the comfort of the guests.The restaurant is designed in the national Bulgarian style, typical for "Mekhana" - with the seating area of up to 80 people and has a category of 3 stars. The hotel lobby offers guests a bar with sofas for relaxation. The official category of the bar - 3 stars; capacity - up to 30 people.

The hotel includes 5 floors:
*Underground floor - restaurant and technical premises;
*Ground floor - reception, lobby, lounge area (swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness). The pool has a glass roof, which makes it full of light during daytime. Moreover, there is ski storage, a bar with a warehouse, with an individual toilet and a separate door for taking goods from the street; the manager's office.
*On first, second and third floors are the hotel rooms. Attic – staff office space.

The elevator serves 5 floors (restaurant, lobby bar and lounge, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors)

The hotel is equipped with video surveillance and SOT security system.

Hotel occupancy rate depends on the position in booking systems. The 1st page position provides with 100% occupancy, 4-5th page – 50% occupancy.
