Through a separate entrance one goes into a short corridor which brings you to the kitchen. New windows and a fresh coat of paint have been added to this area of the house.
In this part of the property is also the porch – a large covered area with an outside cooking space and in close proximity to the fresh water and outdoor sink. Around the corner is the short staircase leading to the second floor. Here one enters into a lobby which is connected with a spacious common room that provides access to 3 additional premises – master bedroom, second bedroom and wardrobe area with small shower room. This section of the house can be rearranged into a proper big bathroom with toilet while the common area can be transformed into a living room.
