Vast rural property with three houses, several storage and farming buildings, garage, annex, orchard, solar panel system and big amount of land, all situated in a quiet village 50 km north from the City of Vratsa, Bulgaria.
The real estate is divided in two big pieces located across the street. The main building is in the first plot of land along with annex, garage and many fruit trees. The house has two floors. The ground level holds big living room with kitchenette, corridor, two bedrooms and shower room with toilet. The second floor consists of corridor, two bedrooms and another premise which can be used as closet or can be transformed into bathroom. The house has new roof, new wiring and plumbing, new double-glazed doors and windows made of PVC, external insulation and received general repairs inside and outside in 2018. The rooms on the second floor need some small, finishing work.
Behind the main building is the annex which itself is with the size of small house. It has two floors connected via external steel staircase. The ground level here holds corridor, big living room with built-in fireplace and kitchenette, small bedroom and shower room with toilet. Above them one can find an attic floor with high ceiling that can be transformed into additional living space. Currently this area is used as workshop and storage area for gardening tools and equipment.
Further into the garden one can find the garage and a few small farm buildings once used to provide shelter for pigs, sheep and chicken. The garden here has some open space as well as many fruit trees.
Across the street from here is the rest of the property which is up for sale. The village where the property is situated is nice and quiet. It is relatively small and is situated among hills and fields. Outside the settlement one can go fishing at a small lake. The distance from here to the regional city of Vratsa is about 50 km and it takes between 30 and 45 minutes to reach it with a car depending on the traffic. Sofia and Sofia International Airport are just a bit over two hours away.
