The ground level of the second building comprises three twin rooms and one triple room, each equipped with a bathroom and a toilet. Second level: one twin room with a bathroom and a toilet and an apartment, which consists of one twin bedroom, a living-room, a bathroom and a toilet. All rooms are furnished and equipped with TV sets and Satellite TV. Laminated parquet flooring; terracotta in the bathrooms.

Two parking lots on the territory of the property - one besides the garden with two parking spaces and one in front of the hotel with three parking spaces. The hotel is also equipped with a modern laundry room and a drying room.
Lots of antique souvenirs and typical Bulgarian objects all over the hotel are providing unique and remarkable atmosphere.
Splendid views towards the Balkan Mountains are revealing from every corner of the hotel.

The Apriltsi Resort is one of the fastest developing Bulgarian resorts. Till the end of the year a ski-lift from Apriltsi to three ski-runs in Beklemeto Ski Resort will start functioning. Plan for building a golf-course in the vicinity.
The climate in the resort is moderately continental, with typically a mild winter and a cool summer.

The combination of sun, crisp air, the beauty of the countryside and the absence of industrial plants allows all year round recreation, sport activities and tourism. Apriltsi offers its visitors enormous opportunities for all kinds of tourist activities: skiing, mountaineering, horse riding, cycling, trekking, fishing and hunting. We can provide full property management of the hotel apartments. The property management will be performed by the present manager of the hotel. The property management services include:
- sourcing for you all further items needed to get your apartment ready to rent out;
- cleaning, washing and ventilation of apartments;
-maintenance and repairs (when needed);
-advertising and communication with potential customers;
-meeting customers and transportation to your apartment;
-giving/collecting of keys;
- instructions for use of apartments, assistance for guests while renting the apartment;
-payment of utility bills (electricity, water, cable TV, annual local tax);
-all services required keeping the apartment in good condition;
-regular rental reports will be sent to the apartment owners, showing you the occupancy, costs and net income.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COSTS:
For full property management the rental agency takes 15% of the profit.
The current expenses will be about 20% of the price per night.
