» Viewing trips
Viewing properties are free of charge in case you buy any property through our company.In case you decide not to buy, we charge 0,20В € per kilometer.
» Agency commission
Our commission is 2 - 3 % of the property purchase price, but not less than 600 €. The commission is payable on the date of signing the preliminary contract and paying the deposit. If you buy more than 2 properties through our company, we shell make a discount on the commission.
» Legal charges when transferring property ownership
At purchasing a property there will be some extra expenses such as: a notary fee, state tax, official entry state fee; they are usually about 3% of the price.
» Company setting-up fee
Setting-up of Bulgarian Limited Company will cost you 550 € including all fees.
» Accountant Services
Keeping and maintaining the paperwork of your company our accountant can take over for an annual fee of 150 €.
» Property Management
For letting your apartment we charge 15 % of the rental price. For letting your villa we charge 20% of the rental price. These costs include advertising the property on the rental market, concluding contracts, obtaining the best rental price, maintenance (indispensable repairs and cleaning not included).
