The village is a medium size one with approximately 1000 people living there. The people are very friendly and helpful. There are about 8 other English speaking people that already own properties in the village and two or three of them are living permanently there.There are the municipality, two shops, school and medical center.
The property that we are offering is a house built in 1950. It is a two storey house built entirely by bricks. As most of the other houses in the area it has not been plastered from the outside. The main building is in very good condition, the roof is dry and stable. It provides 3 rooms downstairs (10 - 20 sq. m. each) and a passage. An inside staircase leads to the upper floor where another 3 rooms are. All rooms are partly furnished but will need some refreshment.
