The payment mode will be as follows:

40% - upon signing of Preliminary contract
40% - completion (“AKT 15)
20% - before the notary transfer of the ownership- December 2007


Maintenance services
We will offer maintenance and management services after the completion of the development. The rate for the first year will be: 10 Euro per square meter and will include the following services:
• Maintenance of the common parts and green area in the yard;
• Paying the all costs for the common areas- electricity, heating, security, etc.
• Transportation (shuttle bus) to the gondola lift;
• Free usage of all facilities: indoor swimming pool, sauna, sports gym, etc.;
• Reception services, ski depot and many others.
Letting services are also to be provided.
