Payment plan:

• 30 % of the total price on signing a Preliminary Contract
• 20 % of the total price, payable within three days of laying the slab which forms the ceiling of the purchased property
• 20 % of the total price, payable within three days of the completion of the roof of the building
• 10 % of the total price, payable within three days of receiving Act 15 of the building
• 10 % of the total price, payable within three days of receiving Act 16 of the building
• 10 % of the total price, payable on the day of making the final notary deed
Property maintenance:
The price for the services is 9 EUR per square meter /VAT is not included/ per year and includes:
• Maintenance of the common parts (lifts, swimming pool, etc.)
