Situated in a quiet and peaceful village surrounded by several small and medium lakes this huge property offers great potential as family or holiday house! The area is quiet, calm and very picturesque. There is a nice lake just outside the village suitable for fishing, surfing etc. There are three more lakes around in less than 5 miles. There are nice forests that provide plenty places for picnics and walking. Hunting is also very popular. There is a nice swimming pool complex with nice restaurant at the end of the village. There are about 15 other English speaking people that already own properties in the village. There are the municipality, several shops, school and medical center. The big cities around provide all necessary amenities - big shopping centers, hospitals, theaters, cinemas etc. Roads are good and accessible all year round. It takes 10 - 20 minutes to get to Ruse. There are buses on every hour. The village is well organized and presentable one!
